Account
To open an account, simply click on "Join now" button at the top right of the screen. Enter your username, email address, password, country of residence, then accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Once you've deposited funds, you can start playing immediately!
If you are logged in, head to the My Account tab in the navigation menu. Then click the "Change Password" button. If you aren't logged in, you can also use the "Forgot Password" prompt in the log in form.

To unsubscribe from communications, go to "My Account" at the bottom left in the side menu. Under "User Preferences" section, there will be three toggles to give consent to receiving offers via the following channels: email, SMS, telephone.
If you wish to take a break and temporarily close your account, you can take a time-out. You can find this option in the "Self-Exclusion" section under "My Account" which is at the bottom left of the side menu. You will be able to set a time-out or self-exclusion period on your account by contacting our support team via [email protected].
If you don't remember having an account with us, you can ask to retrieve a new password by pressing "Forgot your password?" after pressing the "Log In" button. You can also contact our support team via [email protected] and we will happily help you.
